Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

Pack and Ship

Place the unworn footwear in its original YUMS box, secure it in a shipping mailer, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Check and Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.
